How the custom order process works
Share your requirements
Fill in the custom order form below with product type, material, size, quantity, finish, packaging, and reference images if available.
We assess and revert
Our design and production team reviews your requirements and gets back to you within 3–5 business days with feasibility, pricing, and lead time details.
Sample development
We develop a physical sample for your approval before production begins. Sample lead times are typically 3–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Production & quality check
Once the sample is approved, we move to full production. Every batch goes through quality checks before dispatch to ensure consistency across the order.
Export & delivery
Your order is packed in plastic free packaging with full export documentation and shipped to your door — with tracking provided throughout.
